The following applies to all products in stock at our main warehouse: All orders made by 5 p.m. (Mon–Fri) are shipped on the same day and are generally delivered to the delivery address the next workday (including Saturday, if activated). - The digitec voucher is valid for 2 years. After this period, the e-voucher can be topped up again or exchanged for a new one at the partner free of charge.
- If the voucher amount exceeds the total amount of your order, the remaining balance will still be available via the voucher code. In other words, the same code can be used for your next order. Several voucher codes can be used for one order.
- When redeeming a voucher, you are entering into a contract with Digitec Galaxus AG.
- The e-voucher is sent via email immediately upon completion of the order. You will not receive any goods in the mail.
