Farmy retains the title of the goods until full payment has been made. If you act in a manner contrary to the contract, especially if you do not comply with your obligation to make payment despite a reminder from Farmy, then, after setting an appropriate deadline, Farmy can revoke the contract and demand surrender of the goods still in your possession. In this case, Farmy is entitled to resell the goods returned to them. Farmy reserves the right not to enter into a contract after a failed credit check. The requested delivery times can be changed at the latest two days before the delivery date.
